Document Type - System Code (GL,AP, AR, FA)

Hi,

Is there a way to know which document type or Batch Type belongs to which module.

For example as we know that Document Type "JE" belongs to Batch Type "G" and this belongs to Module "General Accounting", Code "09".

I need to know the Module Code, Description for all the document types or Batch Types.

Please let me know if there is a way to get it in the system.
