Expense Type Search in Expenses - Fluid

Is there a way to have the list always collapsed in the Expense Type Search for the Expense Category instead of clicking on the Collapse All link every time a person comes in to search by Expense Category?
Also, within the Expense Type Search above, the Frequently Used tab, I see that expense types will be listed there for six months, but is there a way to delete an expense type if you do not want it to appear in the list?
We are currently on PeopleTools 8.59, Image 40.
