ASM +DATA diskgroup got full

Our DBA found out while doing a clone that the +DATA diskgroup was full. Some of the issue was from the 19.12 upgrade ORACHK during the prepatchreport done.

What we would like to know is there a notification mechanism that alerts us to the ASM diskgrups +DATA or +RECO are 80% full?

I have been looking at Enterprise manager 13.4 that we have installed. We have the ODA plugin 13.4.1 installed but have not got it to display the diskgroups yet.
