April 2022 patching fails for PDBs with ORA-65033

Oracle 19 SE2 - Just tried patching CDB and PDBs to April 2022 having previously patched to January 2022 with no issues and I get msgs below for PBDs. Applied to CDB and PDB$SEED ok -

Patch 33561310 rollback (pdb TJNP19PD): SUCCESS

 logfile: /u01/app/oracle/cfgtoollogs/sqlpatch/33561310/24538862/33561310_rollback_CDB02_TJNP19PD_2022Apr20_15_11_41.log (no errors)

Patch 33806152 apply (pdb TJNP19PD): WITH ERRORS

 logfile: /u01/app/oracle/cfgtoollogs/sqlpatch/33806152/24713297/33806152_apply_CDB02_TJNP19PD_2022Apr20_15_11_41.log (errors)

 -> Error at line 2322: script rdbms/admin/backport_files/bug_32583355_apply.sql

     - ORA-65033: a common privilege may not be granted or revoked on a local object
