AHF 22.1: Thousands of 0-byte files from automatic tfactl rediscover

We realized that we have +200.000 0-byte files in /tmp. Investigation showed that they are from AHF / automatic tfactl rediscover:

find /tmp -user root -size 0 | wc -l

200674

The files get written in batches every 10 minutes. This matches the activity of tfactl rediscover.
