How to Batch Reverse partial Charges

I am looking into a way to Mass reverse just a portion of different charges for different students. I have already looked into Mass Select Transactions and it looks like it will only allow you to reverse the full amount of a charge either through the External file or PS Query option. Is there any way to MASS reverse just a portion of someones charges?
