How to update class sections in batch

Hi,

We have come up with the need to update more than 400 class sections (section names) in batch. The ideal solution would be to use an ExcelToCI and update them all but it seems you can't update a key field with ExcelToCI (let me know if I am wrong).

Another solution would be to delete the existing sections and recreate them. I can recreate them with ExcelTOCI but I don't see a one easy way to delete then.

Is there another way to delete them in batch or to uptate them ?
