Which table or look up stores the statuses for process_flag in po_requisitions_interface table?.

Which table or look up stores the statuses for process_flag in po_requisitions_interface table? I know process_flag values are ERROR, IN PROCESS and COPIED, I want to know where is this set up in Oracle. I would like create a parameter for this process flag values for our customized Requisition Import Error report.
