10g RAC - all asm disk gone, adding new disk

in Database - RAC/Scalability (MOSC) Question

1) the storage hardware is gone. +DATA, +OCR, +FRA is all gone.

2) new storage hardware are being purchased.

3) Database was backup ( data. archive, control) and currently running as single instance.

What need to be done once storage is purchased and new asm disk were created using oracleasm?

I can handle the db restore part, this question is more on the rac grid part because I think ocr is gone.
