unclear APEX patch naming

in Oracle Application Express (MOSC) 2 comments

This patch was again only provided as p33420059_21200_Generic.zip although the APEX version includes p33420059_21260_Generic.zip. This is confusing and a massive source of error in customer environments where DB and middle tier are not maintained by the same person.

Please Oracle, provide correctly named patches.
