While performing Move order issue ,take long time to allocate the quantities

While performing the mass issue in Material workbench, and entered the Destination account ,then Move order issue was created . Then move order was approved. Next We go to the Transact move order , put the move order number to find , while allocate the move order it's take long time to process the allocation .

Items are Lot controlled

Oracle version : 12.2.10

How to process quick allocation?
