Touch Screen less responsive in 9.2 TR 9.2.5.4

Hello Team,

We recently upgraded our system from 9.0 to 9.2. The users at shop floor use both touch screen & mouse click, with touch feature being primary on their screens. After upgrade they noticed some features like recently open apps or a row exit or an app/ube from menu are not working through touch but with mouse click . They find it hard to switch between the controls.

But the same was working in 9.0. Are we missing any setups? Thanks in advance.
