Send Email BSFN, I used B0500725 and got 32 as return code from SAR 7180331

I need to send email from my custom UBE. I used BSFN B0500725 and got return code 32 from SAR 7180331. I am not sure if this due to we are not using 05 - HR Time Accounting or not.

Please let me know if there is any other BSFN I can use to send external email.
