Having issue with 151912-20 installing on sparc with Solaris 10 (Apr 2022)

It states failure unexpected. It gives location of install log files but they are not there. I find under /var/sadm/patch/151912-20 a log which says: patches/151912-20/SUNWopenssl-commands/install/checkinstall: 10_Recommended_CPU_2022-04/patches/151912-20/SUNWopenssl-commands/install/checkinstall: cannot oper

pkgadd: ERROR: checkinstall script did not complete successfully

Dryrun complete

No changes were made to the system.

I tried to install by itself and this is this is the error I get above. Any ideas on how to approach this for resolution? I cannot seem to get anywhere with it.
