Looking for a means of automating updating SMTPUser/Pwd in OEM outgoing mail server configuration.

I can configure outgoing email information in OEM Web UI, as documented here.

But is there a command line utility to update this information when the credentials are rotated, and need to be updated in OEM? Looking for a means to automate this process and not require a human to interact

We have a requirement to rotate the SMTP_USER Password monthly, but how to automate ensuring the SMTP_PWD is updated without requiring a manual process of going into the UI to change is the need....

I found the info in the OEM DB

MGMT_NOTIFY_EMAIL_GATEWAY_E
