Approved Lot Statuses in Release 22

Is the setting that turns on NON-blank approved lot statuses in P99410 specific to that environment or is this turning on the functionality in all environments on that E1 server?

If a customer takes the required ESUs and turns on NBLOTSTS in P99410 but then decides to revert back to previous functionality, can they simply turn the record in P99410 to 'No' or do they have to uninstall the ESUs as well?
