Purchase Order Approval Pending Notification

Replication Steps :-

Did the underlying Set up in the navigation:- Enterprise Component > Approvals

Submitted PO for Approval

Did not approve the PO for 1 hour and its still in pending status

Ran Job Set (NEM_MAIN) which triggers EOAW_NEM_PRC process.

No email requesting for Pending PO email got triggered.

Expected Result:-

PO Pending for Approval email should trigger, and it should trigger multiple times

Observation :- Service Operation “EOAW_NEM_PRC” does not gets triggered from EOAW_NEM_PRC process as part of the below code
