Which XML Publisher Format Templates in ISO 20022 xml format to use for New Zealand???

Dear AP Payments experts!

I am the BSA of a project on-going to format payment instructions files in ISO XML v3, for PPRs related to invoices to be paid through a Disbursement Bank Account of CItibank in New Zealand.

My doubt: considering the XML Publisher Format Templates seeded with Oracle Payments, which one you recommend to select to clone and make adjustments to meet the Citi specs?

Project Scope:

--Invoices related to operations in New Zealand

--Payment Currency=NZD only

--File Format=ISO 20022 v3 xml

--Disbursement Bank Account of Citibank New Zealand

--Payment Method: Wire

--Payment Types: Domestic Funds Transfer (Citi-391) and Cross-Border Funds Transfer (Citi-392)
