Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. When occur error（server reboot or storage network error or Others），2 Oracle instance can't start at a time.

When start the down instance，the private network traffic is very busy,about 1gb/s speed.

When shutdown all oracle instance，2 instance can start normal both

Windows Server;12.2.0.1;2 nodes
