Asset - Create Equipment Master Extension Table

Hi,

I have some queries regarding Fixed Asset Equipment Master Extension (P17021) .

We have an asset with begin date 01/04/2016, the asset has begin depreciation (accumulated netbook value). Today our Finance created the Equipment Master Extension (P17021) to make the Asset available for Equipment Master creation (P1701) and later on to create PM & Corrective Action Work Order (P48201) for the equipment. Questions:

1. Will this impact the asset depreciation or other costing for the fixed asset?
2. Can we undo back the creation of Equipment Master Extension?
