How to Advance the UDOs created in DV to PY

Dears,

We are on TR9.2.5.5 and after UDOs were created (for example FORMEXTN) in JDV920, both fat client OMW and Web OMW (P98220W) show the created objects. Like to know should I use FC OMW or P98220W to advance these UDOs to JPY?

If the FC OMW can be used then I have no problem since the steps should be the same as I did for program versions to advance from status 21 to 26. However, if P98220W is the only tool used to advance environments then need your guidelines on how to complete it.

P98220W was designed with power form and actually, it's not user-friendly enough. And I have gone through
