OAF Requisition in 11i - Low-level logging is currently enabled

Hi

I am trying to debug the OAF Requisition form in 11i and trying to compare between Production and test instances - the test instance was cloned from Production a few months back.

icx.por.req.server.RequisitionAM

I have set these profiles for myself in both instances:-

FND Diagnostics=Y, FND: Debug Log Enabled=Y, FND: Debug Log Level=Statement and FND: Debug Log Module=% 

In test instnaces when I am launching the OAF form I am seeing the message "Low-level logging is currently enabled" and total messages created in FND_LOG_MESSAGES is close to 30K.

In production this message is not showing and total messages saved in FND_LOG_MESSAGES is only about 400.
