Announcement: The following 2021 Employer Reporting Under the Affordable Care Act - Phase 3 patches have been released for EBS Benefits customers on Release 12.1 and 12.2 and are available for download from My Oracle Support:

12.1 - Patch 34020118:R12.BEN.B

12.2 - Patch 34020118:R12.BEN.C

Prerequisites:

To apply Patch 34020118:R12.BEN.C, Release 12.2 customers should be on Release 12.2 HRMS RUP13 and Higher.

To apply Patch 34020118:R12.BEN.B, Release 12.1 customer should be on Release 12.1 HRMS RUP12 and Higher.

Delivery Details:

This patch contains the changes required for submitting 2021 ACA reporting corrections to the [applicable] states if the new Person Selection parameter was used when submitting the original reports to the states. To accommodate reporting corrections at the state level when the "Person Selection" parameter option "Primary Address" was selected when running the Benefits ACA State Transmission Generation Process, a new parameter 'Include Persons with Address Corrections' has been added to the 'Benefits ACA Correction Archive Process’.
