ESS name change doesn't update User Profile

Hi there,

Wondering if anyone else has come across this? If so are you just leaving it or updating the user_profile name somehow? One of our employees was resetting her password and noticed it had her old name on it which led me down this rabbit hole. Any business reasons why an ESS name change wouldn't also update the user profile?
