Upgrade Database From 12c to 19c

Hi,

I'm new as database administration, have a plan to upgrade my database which 12.1.0.2 to 19c but I don't really sure which version of 19c that complatible with EBS Apps R12.2. Can someone help me to recommend which best version I have to upgrade my database?

Also, if I have some errors like ORA in my database right now, 12.1.0.2, with upgrade my database, will those error resolved or how?
