DataPump Import Fails With Errors ORA-39001 ORA-39000 ORA-31640 ORA-27037

I am an oracle beginner,and I'm sorry if I commit in wrong category.

I got a DBVM(DB System Version: 19.14.0.0.0) with a cdb(Database Version: 19.14.0.0.0) and a pdb(Database Version: 19.14.0.0.0) .

I want to import dmp file (from Oracle Database 11g Express Edition Release 11.2.0.2.0 -64bit Production) from object-storage into pdb .

I got these error:
