supplier tax applicapility and default suppier tax

hello all

there is two issue and i need solve t:

1- when disable tax applicability in supplier in po tax not calculate but when enable it again in same supplier it disable to calculate tax again in this supplier

2- I'm already setup tax and choose one of this tax to be default but when choose another of them for supplier it not affect to be default for this supplier application use default in tax not in supplier
