unable to read the Project Organization in Budget Approval Rule

Hi all,

We have a requirement of creating a Budget Approval based on below conditions.

Approval Rule needs to check the Project Organization and Organization Hierarchy to find the upper level Division and based on Division, the approval rule needs to send the notification to corresponding team of division.

Please suggest.
