Users in Smart View unable to write data

Hello all,

Users are experiencing an issue in Smart View in which they're unable to write data to base level data intersection that they have write access to.

The users are able to write to these intersections if they open up a data form through Workspace, so the security setup appears to be correct. When users try to post to the same intersections either via an ad hoc form, or by opening the data form via Smart View, and clicking Analyze to open the form into an ad hoc, the same cells then appear greyed out.

This issue only appeared recently, after having worked without any issues for years.
