Is there a way to Reprice Agreements based on Actual Ship Date?

We have a case where we are adding a price adjustment to our agreements. We want this adjustment to be based on actual ship date. We have tried to run the agreements through the R42950 Price Update program, but when we do, the agreement price reverts back to based price and the adjustment is then added correctly to it. The detail line still shows the agreement number, just no longer retrieves the agreement price.
