ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows in Process/Discrete Inventory Tran

Hi good day,

I'm checking a report from our users in Oracle Business Suite version R11, when entering the lot data in Discrete option for a Process/Discrete Inventory Transfer the following error is raised:

ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

FRM-40735: WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01422.

I checked the lot is assigned to only one item in Discrete and OPM.

¿How can I check what is the duplicate data the forms is detecting?
