Unable to connect to srvrmgr thrown the error: Fatal error (2555922): Could not open connection to Siebel Gateway configuration store (%1:%2)., exiting...

While connecting to srvrmgr like

  1. srvrmgr.exe /g SBLGTWY_FIT /e ESFITIP19 /u sadmin /p ******* -- Not working
  2. srvrmgr.exe /g ********:9111 /e ESFITIP19 /s SS19_EIM /u sadmin /p ******* -- Working

Due to this Siebel services are not coming up. Please suggest.
