Rescheduling a parent batch planned start/complete dates not rescheduling phantoms

Recipe formulations setup to create phantom batches through process execution to make before completing a parent batch. When rescheduling the planned start & complete dates on the parent batch, the expectation is that each of the child/phantom batches will also change their planned dates. This is not working. The workaround is to cancel the batch & recreate a new batch with the rescheduled planned dates.

Has anyone else experienced this & know how to fix? Can't find anything in search of a bug or solution in metalink.
