Can we install AHF version 22.1 on Linux servers hosting database and grid version 11.2.0.3?

If yes, can you pls help me with the below issue -

Starting Autonomous Health Framework (AHF) Installation

AHF Version: 22.1.0 Build Date: 202204111557

PERL : /oracle_grid/product/11.2.0.3/grid/perl/bin/perl

[ERROR] : AHF-00026: Perl is not owned by root


For 11.2.0.3 Grid home, perl is owned by oracle user not root


If no, is there a document that informs from which DB/Grid version is AHF supported?
