ECEPOI - Extendable field to contain email address

in Order and Service Management (Communications Industry) (MOSC) Question

I have a situation where I get patient's email address in each line. Thus at line level, I need to write this email address into ECEPOI template. What is the most recommended field I can use?

The objective is that this information is ported into sales order tables at line level and ported downstream to inventory, shipping and invoicing.
