Host Application is Connecting through JDBC Thin Driver but got Error Connection Reset Error

1) We have at Production Site

2) Server OS - Windows 2016 Standard Edition

3) Oracle 12c Grid Infrastructure Installed in 2 nodes

4) Oracle 11g R2 RAC installed on 2 nodes

Now we have 2 Public Network which is well connected with 2 nodes and other client machines.

System is Working fine in LAN

Also we have Host Network through which Host Application is Connecting to the Database to get Some Data.

For Host Network Added IP Address in Local Listener of both Nodes.

From Oracle Client through Host Network Database Connect Successfully.

Now when Host Application has 2 different channels for both Nodes and Connecting through JDBC thin driver.
