Hello,

I try to upgrade one database from 12.2.0.1 to 19.9.0.0 with odacli command : odacli upgrade-database -i 11c4569b-d88f-494e-a0dd-a1d9a075e747 -to 13d7582e-2c3e-408a-9962-41430e1e3c85

=> error DCS-10001:Internal error encountered: Databases failed to upgrade are : [11c4569b-d88f-494e-a0dd-a1d9a075e747].

The db homes are :
