Copy-Quote does not completely copy line notes

From Create Sales Order, when selecting Copy Quote, any line notes on the Quote are copied. But their corresponding 'doc' records are not copied.

Note Text is stored in ORD_NOTE. Corresponding 'documents to print on' should be stored in ORD_NOTE_DOC. The records in ORD_NOTE_DOC are not copied.

See screen-shot attached (checked boxes are default values) These values are not saved in ORD_NOTE_DOC.

As a work-around, we can view the order note and save. That will save the ORD_NOTE_DOC records. But that is not practical if their are many order lines.

We are on version 9.0. Can anyone confirm if this is a know bug? Is it fixed in later releases?
