Upon logging in, the report cannot be rendered because of an error...

Hello all,

There is an OTBI report on the Dashboard but upon first logging in we receive this error, "The report cannot be rendered because of an error, please contact the administrator.' Upon clicking on the error detail link ""Unauthorized Access: Either you do not have the privilege, or you have not signed in"

However, this can be fixed by pressing F5.

What can we do to fix this?
