How to display chinese charaaters in Format Payment Instructions with Text Output EFT template

Hi,

We are trying to implement Banking payment format file for TW operating unit in Oracle EBS 12.2.10. However there are Chinese characters which are not displaying properly in a straight line ,they are in zig zag format which bank not accepting. Can someone help how we can display the Chinese characters in a proper format in Format Payment Instructions with Text Output.

We have developed an EFT file for bank , but the bank says that the lines are not in equal length and hence rejecting the file.

Help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
