issue with Replenishment process with location capacity

So i am using Warehouse Management where I am using Replenishment for Inventory location transfer .

Each location has fixed capacity example Location ABS have only 1000 BT capacity .

But whenever i am using Replenishment , i am using more that 1000 BT transfer to another location . In this case , system must restrict to transfer more that 1000 BT as each location has only 1000 BT capacity .but its not happening .

I have already done Item capacity setup P46024 and for random location P46096 with random rule setp like P46822 and P48821 have location after execution of R46821.

apart from this do we have any another setup for replenishment . because for Putaway and Picking , system is validating location capacity but its not working during Replenishment ,
