Oracle Critical Patch Update for April 2022

Patch 33785101, GI Release Update Revision 19.14.1.0.220419, was released on April 25th, and the Post Release Patches section on Doc ID 2844795.1 shows that it is available, but I don't see it in the Oracle Cloud console. It's also not listed yet using "dbcli describe-latestpatch" on one of our OCI DB System.

Has it just been delayed for servers in OCI, or might I be missing some post that shows this?
