Is rfc 2198 supported on 8.4? how can we avoid/block redundant audio data?

We encounter an issue with redundant audio date (RFC 2198). due to this type rtp, we have sometimes "one way voice":

the sbc received this rtp stream on 1 side and on the other the sbc doesn't send it:
