Prevent Sanctions Countries

Is there a way to prevent or create alerts for employees using Self Service who select countries that are sanctioned in the US such as Iran or North Korea? Also is there a way to send alerts on Sanctioned bank accounts and passports that are entered into PeopleSoft HCM.
