Ports used by odacli configure-dataguard and Oracle Data Guard

I am trying to configure data guard between to ODAs using odacli configure-dataguard. I am getting the error: "SEVERE: DCS-10001:Internal error encountered: Failed to connect to STANDBY-SERVER:7070. Please check Standby machine address and Web Console password."

I know the password is correct so I assume a firewall is blocking port 7070. I am going to order a firewall open request for port 7070 and port 1521. Are there other ports that I need to have open like possibly 7093 that odacli configure-dataguard and Oracle Data Guard need to function?
