Display parents before children in Planning Forms

When we set up forms using IDescendants, any drilling in pushes the parent level to the bottom of the section, whereas in an Ad Hoc Smart View grid, it can be set to remain as a header to the section. This has been asked before (https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/SearchDocDisplay?_adf.ctrl-state=1aav8gmmqa_4&_afrLoop=189325262799931#FIX) but that was six years ago, and I can't find any progress (or indeed existence) of the given enhancement number 10373227.
