Order line status is Backordered

Hi,

We have upgraded the version from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10 recently. We are facing the issue which is in shipping stage. We have backordered the quantity instead of ship confirm in shipping transactions. Then order line status is changed as backordered instead of Awaiting shipping. Due to this we unable to release the sales order after reservation. After release sales order the line status is backordered only. In previous version(12.1.3) it's working fine, Once backordered the line status is changed as awaiting shipping.

Please give us solution for this issue.
