How to process edidlinv files from external via SFTP in v19(Cloud)

When edidlinv files are generated via edidlinv_job, the edidlinv files are processed by reim injector.

When edidlinv files are from external source, when the files are SFTPed, data is consumed by a FileWatcher but never processed by reimediinjector job. I assume the file is not transferred to /u01/retail/reim/reim-batch/batch/data/in/ directory but on the merch /data/in only.

How do I get edidlinv files, that are externally generated, consumed by reim edi injector in ReIM v19 Cloud?
