Order Import failing with error message

in Order and Service Management (Communications Industry) (MOSC) Question

Hi all,

When I run order import job order lines showing below error message "You must perform a scheduling action to override the line. Please perform a scheduling action and set the override flag".

Could you please let us know what is the root cause for this error.
