E920 - BIP Output with Level Break Header, Detail Lines and Footer

I have developed a custom UBE which has a Lvl Brk Hdr, Detail Lines, Lvl Brk Ftr and a custom section for Grand Total. I have created the BIP template to output the xml tags as required. The requirement is to print the LBH, detail lines, LBF then page break and then repeat LBH, detail lines, LBF and so on and finally the grand total. I have made the detail lines a repeating group as required but it is printing all the detail lines irrespective of LBH and not breaking on LBH at all. I tried making the LBH section
